Upgrades
Premium Experience Substitution (replaces a Standard Experience selection):
- Sweet Celebration: +$200 per Premium substitution
- Ultimate Suga Mama's Experience: +$200 per Premium substitution
- Showstopper Experience: +$250 per Premium substitution
Premium substitutions are subject to staffing, equipment, and production capacity. Premium upgrades are not automatically available if the venue or event schedule cannot support the selected experience.
Specialty Experience Upgrade (added to your package selection):
- Funnel Cake: +$400
- Milkshake: +$600
Specialty Experience Eligibility Rules
- A Specialty Experience may only be added when the event is within the selected package's listed guest limit.
- Sweet Celebration: maximum 1 Specialty Experience (up to 30 guests).
- Ultimate Suga Mama's Experience: maximum 1 Specialty Experience (up to 50 guests).
- Showstopper Experience: maximum 1 Specialty Experience for events of 50 guests or fewer.
- Any combination containing 2 Specialty Experiences requires a custom quote.
- Any Specialty combination above 50 guests requires a custom quote.
Guest Count & Overage Policy
Events exceeding the listed guest allowance for the selected package require a revised quote or a different catering package. Flat per-person overage pricing is not available.
Custom Quote Required
A custom quote is required for: any event exceeding the package guest limit; any combination containing 2 Specialty Experiences; any Specialty Experience combination above 50 guests.

Payment Terms
A 50% retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
Signature Combination packages include eligible Standard Experiences at the listed base price. Premium and Specialty Experiences are available as upgrades. Final experience selections are subject to guest count, staffing, equipment, venue requirements and service capacity.
Combination packages are designed as coordinated multi-station experiences and are not intended to provide unlimited selection of any catering station at the base package price.
Events exceeding the listed guest allowance require a revised quote or a different catering package.
