Corporate & VIP Experiences are built for clients who need a polished, fully managed catering presence. Whether it's a company celebration, product launch, or exclusive private event, Suga Mama's delivers a seamless, high-end experience from setup to breakdown.
Package prices include only the stated guest-count allowance, service duration, number of catering experiences, and included staffing. Packages do not include unlimited servings, unlimited guests, or unlimited service time. Events exceeding the included guest count, service duration, staffing level, or production capacity may require a package upgrade or revised quote. Final pricing may be affected by selected experiences, additional servings, staffing, equipment, travel, venue requirements, setup requirements, custom branding, and service duration.

Custom Corporate Activation — Starting at $5,000
Required for events exceeding 200 guests, full-day activations, large-scale corporate events, multi-station activations, extensive branding or customization, and events requiring substantial additional staffing or equipment. Minimum Staffing Requirements
Required attendants are included in the appropriate package price and are not optional. Customers cannot remove required attendants to reduce the package price.
- Up to 30 guests — 1 attendant included
- 31–75 guests — minimum 2 attendants included
- 76–125 guests — minimum 3 attendants included
- 126–175 guests — minimum 4 attendants included
- 176–200 guests — minimum 5 attendants included
- More than 200 guests — custom staffing plan and custom quote required
These are minimum staffing requirements. Suga Mama's Confections reserves the right to require additional attendants based on the selected catering experience, venue layout, equipment requirements, guest flow, service duration, or other operational requirements.
Service Capacity
Guest counts represent the maximum event size covered by the selected package and do not guarantee that every catering station can serve the maximum number of guests with the same equipment or staffing configuration.
Some made-to-order and labor-intensive experiences may require additional attendants, equipment, or production stations to serve the selected guest count within the scheduled service period. Higher-volume experiences such as popcorn and cotton candy can generally accommodate guests faster than individually prepared experiences. Labor-intensive experiences such as milkshakes, funnel cakes, mini cake stations, specialty beverage bars, and similar made-to-order services may require additional production capacity.
Suga Mama's Confections will determine required staffing and equipment during event planning. Any required upgrades will be included in the final quote before the event is confirmed.
Booking Policy
- A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date.
- Remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
- Submitting an inquiry does not reserve an event date.
- Booking at least 14 days in advance is strongly recommended.
- Requests received within 7 days are subject to availability and may incur a rush fee.
- Travel, additional staffing, additional equipment, extended service, custom branding, specialty requests, and larger guest counts may incur additional charges.
