A sundae bar is one of those event additions that guests remember. Our Ice Cream Sundae Bar gives everyone the chance to build their own creation — served by a Suga Mama's attendant in a fully staffed, setup-ready station that adds a sweet, interactive moment to any celebration.

Guest Packages
Package pricing is based on your selected guest-count tier. Choose the option that best fits your expected attendance.
Up to 30 Guests — $575
Up to 50 Guests — $775
Up to 75 Guests — $1,050
Up to 100 Guests — $1,350
Service Time
Standard service: up to 2 hours.
Extended service, customization, additional event requirements and applicable travel may be quoted separately.
Staffing
Minimum staffing is included with every package:
Up to 30 guests — 1 attendant
31–75 guests — minimum 2 attendants
76–100 guests — minimum 3 attendants
These are minimum staffing levels. Certain experiences, venue layouts or production requirements may require additional staffing or equipment. Any additional requirements will be identified during event review. Required staffing cannot be removed to reduce the package price.
Events exceeding 100 guests require a custom quote. Corporate & VIP Catering may be recommended depending on event size, selected experience and service requirements.
Booking Policy
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
Submitting an inquiry does not reserve an event date.
Booking at least 14 days in advance is recommended. Requests received within 7 days of an event are subject to availability and may incur a rush fee.
Travel, extended service, additional staffing or equipment, custom branding and specialty requests may incur additional charges.
