Milkshake Bar Experience

Our Milkshake Bar is the highest-production individual experience we offer — and it shows. Each shake is individually prepared and presented at a Suga Mama’s LED bar setup, served with garnishes, color-changing spoons and shake straws. This isn’t a self-serve station. It’s a staffed, made-for-your-event experience where the presentation is part of what guests are there for.

Guest Packages

Package pricing is based on your selected guest-count tier. Choose the option that best fits your expected attendance.

• Up to 30 Guests — $795
• Up to 50 Guests — $1,050
• Up to 75 Guests — $1,450
• Up to 100 Guests — $1,850

Service Time

Standard service: up to 2 hours.

Extended service, customization, additional event requirements and applicable travel may be quoted separately.

Staffing

Minimum staffing is included with every package:

• Up to 30 guests — 1 attendant
• 31–75 guests — minimum 2 attendants
• 76–100 guests — minimum 3 attendants

These are minimum staffing levels. Because milkshakes are individually prepared, larger events or certain service schedules may require additional staffing or equipment to maintain service flow. Any additional requirements will be identified during event review. Required staffing cannot be removed to reduce the package price.

Events Over 100 Guests

Events exceeding 100 guests require a custom quote. Corporate & VIP Catering may be recommended depending on event size, selected experience and service requirements.

Booking Policy

• A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date.
• The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
• Submitting an inquiry does not reserve an event date.
• Booking at least 14 days in advance is recommended. Requests received within 7 days of an event are subject to availability and may incur a rush fee.
• Travel, extended service, additional staffing or equipment, custom branding and specialty requests may incur additional charges.
